We are licensed under the “Florida Consumer Finance Act” under Florida Statute 516 and as such loans are exempt from any licensing requirements under the “Florida Title Loan Act” to the extent that any of lenders activities involve the making of a loan of money to a consumer secured by bailment of a certificate of title to a motor vehicle. Approval is primarily based on the customer’s ability to repay the loan and the vehicle condition.
Fees: $25.00 Application Fee if you accept our Loan.
APR: Our annual Percentage rate varies from 18% to 35%.
Lien Holder Fee and Florida Doc Stamp Fees are included in your loan.
Repayment: We offer an easy 12 month repayment schedule.
No Pre Payment Penalty: We do not charge any fees if you prepay your loan.
Doc Stamp Tax: Documentary Stamp Tax .35 per $100 of the amount financed.
